I'm a big believer in loyalty and I have been getting haircuts from an urban artist named Santiago for 3 Collegiate years. He's a really great person, and luck really came his way when he was hired at New York's Finest Barber Shop in Davie Florida. This place is it. Luxury. The artists at NYE Finest are at the Forefront of hairstyle fashion. Their equipment is always new and clean, and so is their Attitude.
